Overview

A Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue by identifying customer needs, presenting products or services, and closing sales. The role requires independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and potential customers Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to improve customer experience

Requirements

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office or similar tools Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.00-14.50 per hour
