Position:

Sales Representative (Commission-based)

Sales Team Lead

What Will You Be Doing:

Sales Outreach & Execution

Reach out to leads through social media, emails, and cold messaging. Deliver product pitches clearly and confidently. Follow up with prospects and convert interest into successful sales.
Lead Management

Maintain accurate tracking of daily outreach, responses, and progress. Share lead details with the team lead for report generation. Able to generate leads for new prospects Ensure smooth handover to the operational team after closing a sale.
Performance & Accountability

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Maintain attendance and follow company communication guidelines. Provide daily or weekly updates to the Sales Team Lead.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and persuasive skills Minimum 3-6 months of sales or customer-facing experience Motivated, consistent, and target-driven Comfortable with commission-based earnings Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
