The Role

We are looking for a

Sales Consultant

to manage and convert high-intent residential enquiries into signed contracts.

This is a

hybrid role

, combining:

Office-based lead handling and coordination Remote working flexibility Client and site visits across London
All leads are

inbound

via Google Ads, website enquiries, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound residential enquiries promptly and professionally Qualify clients on budget, scope, planning, and timelines Attend site visits and client meetings across London Work with estimators and technical teams to prepare accurate quotations Present proposals, manage revisions, and close deals Secure signed contracts and deposits Maintain CRM and sales pipeline updates Handover secured projects smoothly to delivery teams

Candidate Profile

Age guidance:

Typically suited to candidates aged

25-35

(not restrictive)

London-based

and able to travel to client sites Experience in construction, design & build, new builds, or property sales Confident dealing with high-value residential projects Professional, articulate, and organised Comfortable working both in-office and remotely Able to manage the full sales cycle independently
