We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth across various sectors. Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular contact and personalised service
Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations to secure contracts and maximise revenue
Develop customised solutions to meet client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using IT tools and CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Organise and attend meetings, trade shows, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Drive continuous improvement in sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
A valid driving licence is preferable.
Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
