Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through warm residential leads. Your job will be to do an assessment of the property equipped with the right tools, and to prepare the prospect for the sale.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Present product or service offerings effectively, tailoring pitches to meet client needs
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies
Conduct B2C sales activities, including follow-up communications
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using IT systems
Manage schedules efficiently to optimise time spent on client meetings and administrative tasks
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new market opportunities
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings
Proven experience in B2B sales environments
Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanour
Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM systems, MS Office suite, and email communication platforms
Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences and maintain professionalism under pressure
