We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative / Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach, ensuring that we meet the needs of our business-to-business (B2B) clients. This position requires excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Utilise effective communication skills to present products and services clearly to clients.
Determine sales strategies and promotional efforts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using IT tools.
Manage time efficiently to ensure all client meetings and follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be motivated and will be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is preferred. However the company is also willing to consider a recent graduate or entry level candidate for the position.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes and reporting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A valid driving licence is required for travel to client locations.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and targets.
