Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Drive continuous improvement in sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B, B2C or a similar role is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and organise multiple priorities efficiently.
