Job Description

J&K Global Food is a wholesaler & importer based in Romford London. We support over 800 Japanese, Korean restaurants, and Asian supermarkets all over England and Wales.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct sales activities to generate leads and close sales with potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Qualifications:

- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for success

The ideal candidate will:

Ability to commute to Theydon Bois Station (Central Line) (Transportation will be provided from the station to the office) Experience in sales and/or customer service will be a plus Knowledge of Japanese/Asian/ethnic foods will be a plus Basic computer skills for data entry and communication Microsoft Office Excel
