Starel Stones is a rapidly growing, family-owned luxury bathroom and natural stone supplier. With a marble slab warehouse based in Woolston, Southampton, showrooms across the UK, and manufacturing facilities in Turkey, we supply high-end stone products to retail and trade customers across the UK and Europe.
The Role:
We're looking for a motivated and personable
sales representative
to join our busy customer service team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our slab gallery, helping them choose from our range of premium natural stone slabs, tiles, mosaics, and bathroom features.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist and advise customers in our slab gallery (marble slabs)
Generate quotations and process orders
Arrange and coordinate deliveries with clients and our logistics team
Respond to customer queries in person, by phone, and by email
Develop and maintain relationships with kitchen, bathroom, and development companies (B2B sales)
Support and create content for our social media platforms to promote new arrivals and showroom displays
Help maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the gallery
About You:
Previous experience in sales or showroom-based roles preferred
Knowledge of natural stone, tiling, or bathroom design is a bonus (training provided)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
Confident using email, quoting tools, and social media
Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
