Job Description
Are you a confident communicator with a sharp eye for opportunity? Our client, a respected and growing office interiors specialist based in Manchester, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their high-performing team.
This is not a hard-close sales role -- instead, you'll focus on identifying and generating qualified opportunities through outbound calls, strong rapport-building, and a consultative approach. Once a lead is warmed up and the opportunity is established, it will be handed over to the internal team to develop and close.
The Role:
Make confident and professional outbound calls to potential clients Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and introduce workplace solutions Generate and qualify new business leads for the projects team to progress Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and lead outcomes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of opportunities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Confidence and resilience in making outbound B2B calls Experience in a lead generation or telesales role (ideally within interiors, fit-out, or commercial services but not essential) A proactive mindset and the ability to spot sales potential Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
