The Opportunity

We're recruiting

ambitious, commercially minded Protection Advisors

who want warm clients, strong earnings, and a clear path to high performance.

This role is focused on

reviewing existing client policies

, ensuring customers remain correctly protected, and

unlocking opportunities to improve cover where it genuinely adds value

. You'll be speaking to

warm, existing customers only

-- no cold calling, no lead chasing.

You'll begin with

3-6 weeks of structured training and compliance

at our Milton Keynes hub. Once signed off, you'll have the freedom to

work fully remotely

while continuing to build your income.

What You'll Be Doing

Speaking with

new customers

who have actively enquired about protection cover Conducting structured fact-find and discovery conversations to understand needs and priorities Advising on appropriate protection solutions tailored to each client Converting enquiries into applications through confident, ethical sales conversations Clearly explaining policy features, costs, and benefits Managing your pipeline efficiently using CRM systems Working to clear performance targets while maintaining a customer-first approach Representing the brand professionally at all times

Training is delivered from our

Milton Keynes office hub

, giving you the tools, systems, and confidence to succeed fast. Once compliant and performing, you'll transition to home-based working.

Who We're Looking For

Experience in

insurance, account management, customer service, or telesales

Confident, persuasive communicator who builds rapport quickly Target-driven and self-motivated Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail Comfortable using CRM systems Flexible to work 2 late shifts weekly and 2 weekend days per month
