Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with installers and key partners, and promoting our innovative coating systems across the UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your

Key Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with installers and key partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals effectively.
Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and IT systems to track progress and follow-ups.
Engage with clients on-site as required, ensuring professionalism and punctuality.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and proposals in an organised manner for management review.
What You Bring
2-5 years of sales experience
in
coatings, resin, or related construction materials
.
Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Valid UK driving licence with ability to travel to client locations as needed.
Proficiency in IT applications including CRM software and MS Office.
Outstanding time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
