What You'll Be Doing

Guide new merchants and partners through the information gathering process around the products and their offerings Act as a customer champion, offering expert advice on our product offerings and the broader payments ecosystem. Collect information on the customer and ensure that you are making the right recommendations for each bespoke case Deliver product demonstrations of the software and hardware Deliver quotes and negotiate pricing plans

About You

Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and listening skills. Able to collaborate cross-functionally and translate customer needs Skilled at juggling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment. A natural problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills. Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.

Strong history in exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
