Job Description

Roco 9 is Recruiting for a Sales Role with previous crushing and screening industry experience. Role will involve a mix of business development, technical sales, and customer relationship management to sell Our range of Crushers and Screeners. Key job duties include prospecting for new clients, building relationships with quarrying, mining, and recycling companies, providing technical advice on equipment, and closing deals to meet sales targets. The role requires a self-starter with strong commercial instincts who can manage their own time and travel to sites. Role will involve on the road sales in Ireland and at Roco HQ.

Sales role duties



Prospecting and lead generation:

Identify and contact potential customers to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting methods.

Sales Order Creating:

Creating and Managing Sales orders, ensuring all orders including Dealers are stored, ready for Production.

Working with Operations:

Working with Operations Manager to ensure Sales Orders have reasonable lead times.

Customer relationship management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Technical sales and consulting:

Provide expert advice on the best equipment for a customer's specific needs, drawing on your technical proficiency with crushing and screening machinery.

Sales execution:

Manage the sales process from initial contact to the final sale, including factory discussions and machine hand-over.

Territory management:

Work independently to manage your own diary and travel to customer sites across a designated territory to stay close to the action.

Sales reporting:

Track and report on key performance indicators, including weekly updates on prospects, lost sales, and market information.

Commercial focus:

Grow the territory by converting opportunities into long-term, profitable relationships.

Key skills and experience



Proven sales experience in the Screening and Crushing Industry. Experience in industries like quarrying, mining, recycling, or construction is highly beneficial. Ability to work autonomously and with strong commercial instincts. Strong communication skills to talk technically when needed. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to close deals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-45,000.00 per year
