What You'll Be Doing

Converting customer enquiries into bookings. Handling enquiries with honesty and care.

Creating tailored quotes

and booking jobs in our CRM scheduling system.

Explaining solutions clearly

- no jargon, just friendly professionalism.

Delivering top-tier customer service

before, during and after the sale.

Collaborating

with the wider team to ensure smooth delivery.
What We're Looking For

Previous sales or customer-service experience (phone/email) Confidence with writing emails, using software, and quoting Great communication skills - warm, clear and professional Organised and detail-oriented - someone who takes pride in getting it right A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people Construction/roofing knowledge is a bonus, but not essential - we'll train you
