We are a growing team, currently comprising 40 professionals, including qualified gas safety and heating engineers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and tradesmen. We carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of private owners, tenants, and landlords. Our services cater to London and Greater London areas.

We are looking for a sales representative with experience in property maintenance and field sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
What you'll be doing
Present promote and sell LPC's services to prospective customers
Work to KPI's as set by the director
Work closely alongside management
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, direct visit and other channels
Ability to recognise sales opportunities and act promptly
Maintain regular contact with prospects throughout sales cycle
Provide updates on daily action by lead management
Skills & Experience
Min. 12 months sales experience
Strong sales and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving KPI's
Strong interpersonal skills
Good understanding of sales processes
Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
Fun and sociable personality, a can-do attitude, be willing to learn and be able to overcome challenges
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
