Sales & Business Development

Identify, target, and secure new customer accounts across Northern Ireland, including roofing contractors, main contractors, and relevant project stakeholders. Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, progressing opportunities from lead to close. Achieve agreed sales targets (revenue, margin, account growth) and activity KPIs. Account Management

Develop long-term relationships with roofing contractors and their key decision-makers. Maintain engagement with main contractors to support project delivery requirements, procurement timelines, and site coordination. Promote system-based solutions and help stakeholders understand performance, compliance, and installation considerations. Coordinate internal technical support where detailed project documentation, approvals, or site-specific guidance is required.

Technical & Product Support (Sales-Focused)

Provide product selection guidance aligned to customer needs and typical build-ups. Support basic troubleshooting and coordinate technical assistance for more complex site issues. Arrange and deliver product demonstrations, toolbox talks, or short briefings (where appropriate) to support correct installation and reduce callbacks.

Market & Territory Management

Maintain territory planning, including call cycles and prioritisation of high-potential customers and projects. Monitor competitor activity, market pricing, and specification trends; provide structured feedback to management. Represent the company at relevant trade events, project meetings, and customer open days.
