Software Sales & Account Manager. This flexible role can be part-time or full-time, with a hybrid work setup , and within 30 minute drive to our Northwich Office.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalised service
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services to maximise satisfaction and loyalty
Conduct detailed analysis of client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Utilise Pipedrive CRM system to track interactions, manage pipeline, and update client information accurately
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning
Provide leadership within the team by sharing best practices and mentoring new colleagues
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and follow-up actions
Experience
Knowledge of Beauty Salons and software beneficial
B2B sales or a related client-facing role would be beneficial
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Experience of Pipedrive CRM or similar CRM platforms would be helpful
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
Prior experience in a consultative sales environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates who demonstrate potential.
