What You'll Do



Welcome and assist customers across all channels: face-to-face, phone, email, and social media--always with a positive, solutions-first approach. Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients. Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and oversee the entire client journey from first contact to aftercare. Proactively identify new business opportunities, convert leads into long-term clients, and support marketing campaigns to drive revenue. Contribute to smooth operations through stock management, admin duties, and reporting. Post engaging daily content, manage inquiries, and keep our online community up to date. Visit local businesses to showcase our range of products and services.

What We're Looking For



Demonstrable experience 3+ years ideally in print/signage or related industry. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Organised and efficient--able to manage multiple quotations, tasks, and follow-ups with ease. Confident with IT systems. Full UK driving licence and access to your own car. Availability to work

Monday-Friday, office-based in Poole
