Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. If you have the flair for home interiors and enjoy proving exceptional customer service you would be the ideal person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, help them select the perfect decor for their homes whilst exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customers. Assist customers with product and information. Identify opportunities for up-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and ensure consistent quality standards. Follow organisational policies regarding phone etiquette, confidentiality.

Skills

Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and courteously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly across diverse audiences. Ability to perform up-selling tactfully while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail sales is essential whilst experience in furniture or home decor is an added plus. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
