As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our commercial team and help drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, garden centres, and design professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in line with company policies.
Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Represent British Flowerpots at trade shows and industry events when required.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably B2B and / or in Garden & Leisure sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
A passion for high-quality, handmade products is a plus!
