Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs. Present and demonstrate products effectively to clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in IT tools and software relevant to sales processes. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong time management abilities to meet deadlines and targets consistently. A valid driving licence is preferred for client visits and meetings. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
