Job Description
We are a leading Home & Garden wholesaler supplying independent retailers and garden centres across the UK. We're known for strong relationships, trusted service, and a product range that helps our customers grow. Now, we're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Key Account Manager / Internal Sales Representative to join our Perth team.
What You'll Do
In this office-based role, you'll build and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of independent retail and garden centre customers. Your mission is to grow each account by:
- Increasing sales, margin and overall account spend
- Boosting trade frequency and product mix
- Maximising the number of brands purchased
- Using a collaborative, consultative selling style to understand customer needs
- Managing each account proactively to spot opportunities and drive growth
- Selling and supporting customers primarily via telephone and email
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience (B2B or telephone sales preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Natural relationship-builder with a friendly, confident approach
- Experience or interest in account management
- Motivated, organised and commercially aware
- A team player who enjoys contributing to shared success
