We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Representative to independently manage our stand during the exhibition.
You will be the key person responsible for promoting Furmily's premium freeze-dried treats andni in-store pet grooming and daycare services. A strong understanding of our product range and brand values is essential.
Your main focus will be to actively introduce our products and services to wholesale buyers, collect qualified business leads, and help convert these into long-term partnerships. You will also handle sales to individual retail customers and serve as the face of our brand throughout the event.

Furmily is a premium London-based pet brand, specialising in high-quality freeze-dried treats for pets and our best-selling 2025 Christmas advent calendars for dogs. This September, we will be exhibiting at PATS Birmingham at the NEC - the UK's leading pet trade show.

28/09 Sunday: 9:30-17:00 ?need start at 8am to setup)
29/09 Monday: 9:30-17:00
30/09 Tuesday 9:30- 16:00 (need finish late)
Commission Opportunity
A performance-based commission will be offered for any wholesale deals confirmed on-site during the exhibition. The commission will be calculated as a percentage of the initial order value. Details will be discussed during the interview.
Responsibilities
Proactively approach and engage wholesale buyers and trade visitors
Present and promote Furmily's freeze-dried treats, 2025 Christmas advent calendars and in-store services confidently and persuasively
Drive on-site sales to wholesale customers, securing business leads and potential collaborations
Manage small retail sales, including cash and card handling
Accurately record customer interest, enquiries and wholesale contact details for follow-up
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organised stand throughout the event
Assist with setting up the exhibition stand before the show and dismantling it after the event
Requirements
Proven sales experience is essential (retail, trade shows, or B2B sales preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
Confident working independently, taking initiative, and closing deals under time pressure
Reliable, organised, and professional in appearance and manner
Knowledge of or strong interest in the pet industry is an advantage
