You'll be based in the Radlett office and will join a friendly and supportive team.

Role and Responsibilities of the Salesperson:

Managing the sales process, ensuring delivery of high-quality customer service whilst building excellent relationships with your customer base Follow up on enquiries and carry out site visits Prospecting and developing self-generated sales enquiries Having good knowledge of the full range of products and services offered by the company Negotiating with customers and closing sales to achieve sales targets Updating the quotation system and processing customer orders Work with managing director on marketing business development strategies and activities Reporting to company directors on sales progress and key performance indicators.
Experience and skills of the salesperson:

Good knowledge of the double-glazing industry Driven by targets and financial incentives A car & valid driving licence is essential Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues effectively at all levels
The successful candidate will benefit from a strong package made up of retainer and & a high commission structure

Realistic OTE of 60,000 - 90,000 per year Company laptop and phone
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 90,000.00 per year
