Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Identify customer needs through effective communication and active listening. Present products and services in a compelling manner to encourage sales. Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using IT systems. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes (e.g., CRM software). Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships. A proactive approach with a strong drive for results. Good time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
