We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Schedule:
Part-time, 2-3 days per week with flexible hours available between 9 am and 6 pm.
Commission:
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Your hard work directly translates to your income.

Caversham, Reading.
Responsibilities
Develop relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target customers.
Present products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer needs are met.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using IT systems.
Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines while organising daily tasks efficiently.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
Demonstrated customer service experience, showcasing the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficient in IT tools.
Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
