Sales Executive

The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by meeting with prospective clients, carrying out on-site surveys, and promoting our full range of services. This is a field-based role that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to domestic and commercial sites to meet clients and assess their needs. Carry out professional site surveys and gather accurate project details. Promote company services, clearly explaining benefits and value to clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Meet agreed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and submit reports on client visits, leads, and progress. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover from survey to project delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within construction, property, or a service-based industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Full UK driving licence (company vehicle may be provided). Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Professional, reliable, and customer-focused. Experience with drone operation is an advantage (training and CAA certification support will be provided if required).
