Pride in Property has established credentials specialising in offering quick-sale solutions for homeowners who do not have luxury of time to sell their home the lengthy traditional way. We are now looking for a Sales Representative to join our fast growing team!

What we are looking for

Proven experience and success in a consultative sales role are essential. Money motivated and driven by success. Property experience or knowledge is desirable, but not essential. A dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property. Have a proven record of sales in the Residential Property Market is desirable, but not essential. You have consistently exceeded your sales targets/goals. Confident sales pitch and professional manner. You have outstanding people skills.

What you will be doing

Provide consultations to customers making an enquiry to sell their property. Qualify customers to business standards. Follow up on appointments and secure instructions for customers to sell their property to or through us. Identify property deals and respond proactively. Negotiating sales and managing all aspects of the sale process. Build a strong rapport with sellers & buyers. To be thorough and motivated to ensure that all your tasks are completed during the day.

Pay: 12,000.00-48,000.00 per year
