Sales Representative

to help us generate new business and build lasting client relationships.



As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and driving revenue growth. You'll work collaboratively with our marketing and client success teams to deliver a seamless sales experience--from prospecting to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, target, and approach potential clients within the

property, construction, and finance

sectors. Generate leads through proactive outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Clearly communicate the value of Mintlook.co's services to prospective clients. Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to closing deals. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. Deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals. Negotiate and close contracts that align with client goals and company targets. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction. Meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales goals. Accurately document all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts to better position our services.

Job Requirements



Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar B2B role. Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Capacity to build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at various levels. Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and motivation. Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools. Understanding of digital marketing and/or experience in the

property, construction, or finance

sectors is highly desirable. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Pay: 2,047.00-3,000.00 per month
