Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our Architectural Practice (M1 Architecture Ltd). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective negotiation and organisational skills.

Duties



Call the leads and help them on board with us, answer questions and book site survey. Use CRM to update leads status and schedule follow up calls. Research sales oportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a clear understanding of products and services offered. Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance. Utilise IT tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on progress. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a sales role in architecture or construction is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully while maintaining positive client relationships. A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Organisational skills that enable efficient management of multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in IT applications relevant to sales processes is advantageous. A drive for results with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
