We are seeking a driven, self-motivated

Sales Representative

to join our expanding team.
This is a field-based role ideal for someone who thrives on meeting customers face-to-face, building lasting relationships, and closing high-quality sales.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for attending pre-qualified customer appointments, advising on shutter solutions, measuring for fit and securing orders.
You'll represent our trusted brand with professionalism, confidence and strong product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend customer appointments (leads provided) across Surrey, London and the Home Counties Conduct on-site consultations, measure windows accurately and offer tailored product advice Promote the full range of Riverside Shutters' products with confidence and clarity Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact to post-sale follow-up Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and submit reports as required Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall business growth Liaise with head office for scheduling, technical queries, and product updates

Requirements

Proven field sales experience, ideally within home improvements / interiors - shutter, window, door or awning experience would be beneficial Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Confident working independently as a self-employed representative Full UK driving licence Ability to measure accurately and relay technical information clearly (training provided) Presentable, professional and customer-focused
