Travel & Tours Sales Representative
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a love for travel, a strong sales mindset, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for connecting clients with unforgettable travel experiences ranging from luxury holidays and cruises to cultural tours and visa services.
Your role will involve understanding client preferences, offering curated packages, and building long-term relationships to foster repeat business. If you're enthusiastic about travel and thrive in a sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages, cruises, flights, hotel bookings, and custom tours.
Engage with walk-in, phone, email, and online inquiries to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Understand clients' travel needs and offer tailored recommendations, including visa and insurance options.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, visa rules, offers, and supplier deals.
Negotiate with DMCs, hotels, and travel suppliers to provide competitive pricing and value-added services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals.
Provide post-sale customer service, handling queries or changes in bookings efficiently and professionally.
Attend travel trade shows, training, and webinars as required.
Requirements
Prior experience in
travel & tourism sales
is highly preferred.
Knowledge of international destinations, travel products, and current tourism trends.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems, OTA platforms, and supplier booking engines is an advantage.
A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and confident in closing sales independently.
