About The Role

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive business growth through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, working with businesses that need video production and marketing services.

This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, understands the value of creative services, and thrives on hitting and exceeding sales targets.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identifying and researching potential clients in target industries Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualifying leads to ensure they're a good fit for our services Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

Sales Consultations & Closing



Conducting discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points Presenting tailored solutions and demonstrating value proposition Handling objections and negotiating deals Closing sales and achieving monthly/quarterly targets Coordinating smooth handoffs to the Client Success Manager

Relationship Management



Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients Generating referrals through exceptional service Maintaining CRM records and tracking all sales activities Collaborating with CSM team on client feedback and opportunities
Who We're Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience with proven track record Strong consultative selling skills and relationship-building ability Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to close Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tracking Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
Desirable:

Experience selling creative services, marketing, or video production Understanding of digital marketing and advertising Experience in service-based or home improvement industries Cold calling and outbound sales experience

Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets Building a pipeline of qualified opportunities High close rates on qualified leads Generating referrals and repeat business Smooth client handoffs to CSM team
