We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the salt and minerals industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and food manufacturers, and driving consistent sales growth. You'll play a key role in expanding our market presence and ensuring our premium salt products reach a wide range of clients -- from industrial buyers to gourmet retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and prospect new clients in relevant sectors (food manufacturing, catering, FMCG, hospitality, chemical industries, etc.).
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and promotional support.
Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to generate leads and represent the brand.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, ideally within the salt, food ingredients, or commodity trading industries.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
Valid driving license (if field-based).

Preferred Background:
Experience selling to B2B sectors such as food processors, distributors, chemical or construction companies.
Knowledge of different salt grades and applications (industrial salt, table salt, sea salt, Himalayan salt, etc.) is a strong advantage.
Network within wholesale, manufacturing, or export/import industries.
