We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a strong focus on B2B sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties



Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through various channels. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using IT systems. Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets while staying organised.

Qualifications



Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Demonstrated customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction. Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes (CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite). Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. A valid driving licence is desirable for client visits and meetings.
