We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate new sales leads through research and networking.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present products and negotiate terms effectively.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using organisational tools.
Drive company vehicles as required for client visits or promotional events.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal. .
Valid driving licence.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple clients and tasks.
Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
