Initial point of contact for clients to understand client requirements and needs Reviewing, monitoring and managing quarterly sales performances Effectively meeting sales targets Encouraging and providing training to junior sales team members to meet sales targets Identifying recruitment needs within the Sales team and managing the hiring and recruitment processes in full Carrying out market research on a regular basis to determine any rapid changes within the industry Attending networking events to scope out new sales opportunities Collaborate with and report to the Business Development Manager to identify and build gaps Regularly negotiating client deals
The ideal candidate will:

Proficiency in English language Self-motivated and driven Experience of at least 2-3 years within the cosmetics and beauty industry carrying out market research Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good IT skills
Working Hours:

This position requires

5 days per week

, including weekends.
Typical working hours are:

Monday to Saturday:

10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Sunday:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
You will typically be scheduled to work

either Saturday or Sunday each week

, though on occasion,

both weekend days may be required

based on operational needs.

This is a

target-based commission role

, with earning potential based on your performance.
Commission rates are structured as follows:

6% - 8% - 10% - 12%

commission on sales, based on monthly sales thresholds. The more you sell, the higher your commission tier.
There is no fixed base salary; earnings are entirely commission-based.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 17,000.00-25,000.00 per year
