Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our business. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving company revenue by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing the sales process, and developing effective sales strategies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to understand customer needs and provide innovative solutions. This is a target-driven role, and your performance will directly impact our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new clients through various channels such as cold calling, linkedIn, and referrals
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our products and services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing customer lifetime value
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Management and Product Development, to ensure alignment on sales strategy and product offerings
Achieve sales targets and objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding set quotas
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market
Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management, tracking sales activities and progress
Requirements
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Proven track record of success in a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a strong closing mindset
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities
Availability to travel as needed to attend client meetings, industry conferences, and other business-related events
