We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a vital part in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills. You will be first in the sales side of the business. This is new to us to be honest. This would be great for somebody looking to manage their own time and build a new process and systems to deliver great service to new clients.
You will help build and develop our existing lead pipeline. We are looking for somebody with experience in the sector and knowledge with a drive to start something of their own. Somebody that can bring in new ideas and a fresh approach on this new side of the business.
Willing to discuss payment packages and roles ect. Open to suggestions. Get in touch if this sounds like something you would be interested in. This will be a self employed role. You will be able to manage your own time and can arrange your own appointments to suit yourself.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients whilst actively seeking new business prospects.
Present and promote products or services to potential clients, demonstrating their value effectively.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements that align with company objectives.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organisational tools.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide friendly service with NO Pressure tactics.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software, email communication, and MS Office suite.
Organisational skills enabling the management of multiple accounts and sales pipelines simultaneously.
Customer service orientation with a professional approach to client interactions. This role is ideal for proactive individuals eager to contribute to a growing organisation while developing their sales expertise in a supportive environment.
