Duties



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalised service Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits effectively Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet company objectives Manage a pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-up to maximise conversion rates Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and sales performance Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account details using IT systems Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors' activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Skills



Proven experience in B2B sales with strong negotiation skills Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to drive confidently and navigate various locations efficiently Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly Proficiency in IT systems for managing contacts, sales pipelines, and reporting Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Organised approach to handling multiple accounts and responsibilities simultaneously Knowledge of sales techniques specific to the industry or market is advantageous

Pay: 25,000.00-60,000.00 per year
