We are expanding our payments team and are looking for a driven, consultative, tech-savvy Sales Representative who can help independent practitioners and clinics integrate our payment gateways, POS systems, and card readers into their day-to-day operations.

ROLE OVERVIEW



We are looking for a high-performing

Sales Representative

whose core responsibility is to:

Sell and onboard new practitioners onto

Faces Payments and the Faces booking system

Integrate payment gateways, terminals, card readers, and in-app payments Help independent businesses set up, activate, and scale payment processing Work across

aesthetics, beauty, wellbeing, and healthcare sectors

Use CRM tools to manage leads, track conversions, and measure performance Build long-lasting relationships with clients, who generate recurring income

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Client Acquisition



Identify independent practitioners, clinics, salons, and healthcare professionals Sell Faces' payment solutions (gateway, in-app payments, terminals, card readers) Run demos, walk-throughs, and sales calls Convert inbound leads from the Faces platform Proactively outreach and win new accounts

Payments Integration & Onboarding



Support customers through the payment setup process Support customers through the Booking system setup process Assist with connecting payment gateways (Stripe/other) Help install and activate card readers Ensure the business is fully live, processing, and confident in the system Troubleshoot simple integration questions (full tech team support provided)

Scaling Client Usage



Teach clients how to maximise payments and transactions through the platform Upsell relevant features (subscriptions, bookings, POS) Monitor adoption metrics and encourage ongoing usage Turn smaller independents into high-value transacting accounts

CRM & Reporting



Use CRM tools to track pipelines, conversions, churn, and value Maintain clean, accurate client data Report performance KPIs weekly Highlight opportunities for expansion or churn prevention

Relationship Building



Build trust and rapport with independent business owners Become their "go-to" support for payments Maintain long-term partnerships (important for recurring commission!)

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEEssential



Proven sales experience (field sales, SaaS, fintech, payments, or similar)

Confident explaining how payment gateways & card readers work Ability to communicate with small independent business owners Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) Strong phone, Zoom, and in-person communication skills Highly organised and able to manage a sales pipeline from lead to lifetime value

Desirable



Experience in

aesthetics, beauty, clinics, or healthcare

Understanding of Stripe, POS systems, or merchant services Background in payments onboarding or SaaS onboarding Ability to simplify technical setup into easy steps for clients
