Alecto Recruitment are representing a company who offer new and used plant machinery to industries such as Agriculture, Ground care, Construction, Equine and Recycling, in their search for a new Sales Rep to lead their sales onsite and in the field. They are a reputable company across Staffordshire, holding over 30 years of experience in the industry. Alongside plant sales, they also provide service and repairs, technical support and parts supply.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage plant machinery sales
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Support customer growth in the Staffordshire area
• Look after existing accounts
• Enhance brand reputation
• Monitor industry trends

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of successful Plant Machinery Sales preferably in the Agricultural or Construction sector
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Assess market trends
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proven experience of meeting and exceeding targets
