We offer a range of quality used caravans alongside New vehicles from one of the worlds largest leisure groups, Elddis and Xplore alongside the highest quality Europe has to offer, Adria. Onsite we offer an accessory shop and a service department to offer all aspects of our customer requirements.

We offer a relaxed and friendly working enviroment to enchance our customers buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales and Customer Engagement:



Sell both new and used caravans, providing customers with product information and options/items to upsell. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales and aftersales process. Be able to offer finance packages best suited for the customers needs. Use the system to send out offers, create contracts and follow up potential sales leads.

2. Advertising and Online Presence:



Utilize computer skills to create and manage online advertisements on our website and other platforms. Ensure accurate and appealing listings to attract potential buyers.

3. Email Correspondence:



Respond to emails promptly, addressing customer inquiries and providing information as needed. Maintain professional and effective email communication.

4. Weekend Availability:



Be available to work weekends as part of a regular schedule. Assist customers during peak showroom traffic on weekends.

Qualifications:



Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Computer proficiency for online advertising and email communication. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn about the caravan industry. Customer-focused with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
