Since 1989 Beechdean Dairies have been producing high quality Dairy Ice Cream which is supplied to a number of specialist retail outlets and high-profile venues around the country, and are now one of the UK's leading Ice Cream manufacturers.
Over the years Beechdean has added many regional brands of ice cream and sells a range of ice creams from value to the most indulgent products.

About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly into the Sales and Marketing Director, this is a hybrid role requiring one day per week in our High Wycombe office, with the remainder spent on the road building relationships and driving sales with key partners and regional customers.

You'll be the face of our brand, working closely with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities in your assigned territory. Your efforts will help us grow our presence, increase market share, and deliver exceptional service across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with key partners and regional customers. Drive sales growth through regular customer visits, account reviews, and business development. Identify and convert new business opportunities in the retail, foodservice, and independent trade sectors. Deliver outstanding customer service, acting as the first point of contact for queries and support. Work collaboratively with the internal sales, marketing, and the Sales and Marketing Director to ensure smooth communication. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Accurately report on customer activity, sales performance, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, ideally in FMCG or the food & beverage industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to manage time and territory effectively. Full UK driving licence (essential). Comfortable working independently on the road, while also being a team player. Knowledge of the ice cream or frozen category is a bonus, but not essential.
