We are seeking a confident, friendly, people person who can promote our products face to face and over the phone. No targets. They will also be required to assist phoning existing customers for their weekly orders.
This role involves a combination of being office based and visiting customers across East Anglia.
The ideal candidate will need to be highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive to excel in customer service at all times.
Responsibilities
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal staff to process orders
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and maintaining strong professional relationships
Seeking potential new customers and visiting with samples
Record sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Visit customers to promote products and problem solve
Maintain organised filing systems..
Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up to date records
Process all data within GDPR regulations
Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
You will be required to be permanently in the office to cover for office staff holidays or during our busy periods
Experience
2 years previous experience in an administrative or office role is essential .
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are a must.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Competence in clerical duties including typing and data management.
Clean driving licence
Hours Monday to Thursday (32 hours)
Office start time 8.30am
Flexible start time when visiting customers due to their location
Working hours can vary each day but a 32 hour week across 4 days

Pay: 22,222.20-25,000.00 per year
