Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients, including valuable high profile organisations. This role requires a proactive approach to driving sales and building relationships, ensuring that customer needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers, ensuring they are well-informed. Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive sales growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using IT systems. Organise schedules effectively to manage time efficiently and meet sales targets consistently.

Experience



Proven experience in a food based sales role or similar position is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully and drive sales results. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with IT systems relevant to sales processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
