Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. We are a small family business based in Tamworth. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must have a full clean UK driving license. Must have own car. Fuel allowance will be provided. You will be provided with a company phone & company credit card. A sales driven bonus scheme is in place once probation period is complete.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday. The areas you will be covering will be Tamworth, Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Confidently convert prospective quotes to sales order. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. Provide timely follow-up on leads and inquiries to maximise conversion rates.

Skills

Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proven negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. A driven attitude with a passion for achieving results and contributing to team success. be able to quickly build a rapport with our wide range of customers must be a people person with a positive attitude

Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year
