We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and driving sales revenue. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and play a key role in the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
:
Prospect & Generate Leads
: Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and reaching out to potential customers.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations
: Present our products/services to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.
Sales Negotiation & Closing
: Engage in negotiations with customers, close deals, and ensure quotes are followed up.
Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Product Knowledge
: Develop an in-depth understanding of the products or services offered, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
Achieve Sales Targets
: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas and team goals.
Customer Support
: Assist with any post-sale issues or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting
: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM software or other systems.
About You:
Sales experience is essential, candidates with timber and building sales experience is highly desired.
Be able to work well in a team environment.
Work well under pressure and have the ability to meet sales targets and fast-moving deadlines.
Must show initiative, drive and self-motivation.
Excellent communications skills including emailing and telephone manner.
Customer Services is paramount to our business, building a rapport with customers is important.
Experience dealing with trade customers and larger businesses would be of benefit.
Knowledge of timber/building products is desirable.
Health & safety awareness is paramount.
Need to be adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Full Car driving licence require, 30 Years + age due to insurance purposes.
The role would be a full-time permanent position.
Working Hours would be 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Every second Saturday 7.30am to 1.00pm
Overtime may be required during peak season.
