What you'll do



Cultivate new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling, expanding our customer base. Manage existing accounts while identifying upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and revenue. Conduct product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients. Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage territory effectively, and analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts in B2B sales environments. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring a seamless transition for clients from prospecting to onboarding. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our products in the market.

Preferred qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles with a focus on B2B environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is highly desirable. Experience in territory management and analysis skills for effective decision-making. Background in retail sales or inside sales can be an asset.
